Bisobasi Telema is a feminist movement that campaigns for the dissemination and application of women's rights in Congolese society.

It denounces the social, educational and socio-economic inequalities and injustices suffered by women and girls, with the aim of achieving the significant elimination of all forms of discrimination against women, gender-based violence, gender stereotypes and retrograde customs and practices that stand in the way of the implementation of their rights. Bisobasi lobbies the relevant authorities on women's issues and closely monitors developments in the situation of women in all gender-related areas. It trains girls and women on their rights and on digital safety to combat online violence and harassment.

Bisobasi’s training programme helps young women politicians, civil society activists, and feminist organizations stay safe online. It focuses on digital safety, cyber harassment, and cyber violence, teaching participants how to protect themselves from online attacks. The programme also covers how to secure personal data and information, empowering women to fight for gender equality and access to power without fear of digital threats.
